\u00a7 1 Scope of application<\/span><\/p>\n

These General Terms and Conditions apply to all services provided by Hundezentrum Flughafen Frankfurt GmbH (hereinafter referred to as \u201eHundezentrum\u201c).<\/p>\n

This includes in particular<\/p>\n

Day care<\/p>\n

Vacation care<\/p>\n

Individual training<\/p>\n

Group training<\/p>\n

Workshops<\/p>\n

Seminars<\/p>\n

Other events and services related to dogs<\/p>\n

\n <\/p>\n

Deviating terms and conditions of the customer shall not apply unless their validity has been expressly agreed in writing.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n

\u00a7 2 Contractual partner \/ Conclusion of contract<\/span><\/p>\n

1. the contractual partners are the Frankfurt Airport Dog Center and the registering dog owner or client.<\/p>\n

2. registration can be made in person, by telephone, in writing, by e-mail, online or verbally.<\/p>\n

3. a contract is only concluded by express confirmation of the dog center.<\/p>\n

4. if a person registers a dog for a third party, they are jointly and severally liable with the dog owner.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n

\u00a7 3 Prices \/ Payment<\/span><\/p>\n

1. the prices agreed at the time of booking shall apply.<\/p>\n

2. payments can be made by EC card, credit card or bank transfer.<\/p>\n

3. invoices are due immediately without deduction, unless otherwise agreed.<\/p>\n

4. the dog center is entitled to demand advance payments or deposits.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n

Part A - Dog care<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a7 4 Dog care services<\/span><\/p>\n

1. the dog center takes over the temporary care of the dog to the agreed extent.<\/p>\n

2 Depending on the booking, the care includes day care, overnight stay, feeding, exercise and general care.<\/p>\n

3. the dog can be walked in contact with other dogs, provided it is socially acceptable.<\/p>\n

4. the client agrees that dogs may also be walked without a leash in a secured off-leash area.<\/p>\n

5. drop-off and collection only take place within the currently communicated opening hours. Deviating handover times, gate-to-gate services or special transfers are only carried out by prior agreement and subject to availability.\n subject to availability.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n

\u00a7 5 Requirements for admission<\/span><\/p>\n

1. the dog must be healthy, have liability insurance and be free of infectious diseases.<\/p>\n

2. the dog owner undertakes to fully inform the dog center of the following circumstances in advance:<\/p>\n

Aggressive behavior<\/p>\n

Fears \/ insecurities<\/p>\n

Incompatibilities<\/p>\n

Hunting behavior \/ runaway tendencies<\/p>\n

Heat<\/p>\n

Diseases<\/p>\n

Administration of medication<\/p>\n

Operations in the last 28 days<\/p>\n

Other special features<\/p>\n

The concealment of relevant circumstances can lead to the exclusion of care and to claims for damages.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n

\n

\u00a7 6 Vaccinations \/ Parasites \/ Veterinarian<\/span><\/p>\n

1. the dog must have age-appropriate vaccinations (distemper, hepatitis, leptospirosis, parvovirosis and rabies).<\/p>\n

2. the verification documents must be deposited with the dog center for the duration of the accommodation.<\/p>\n

3. in the event of parasite infestation or infectious diseases, admission may be refused or immediate collection may be requested.<\/p>\n

4. in urgent cases, the Dog Center is entitled to arrange veterinary care at the owner's expense. The dog owner must be informed in advance if possible. For necessary trips to the veterinarian or to a veterinary clinic\n a transportation and expense fee of 50\u20ac will be charged.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n

\u00a7 7 Cancellation of care<\/span><\/p>\n

1 Cancellation free of charge is possible up to 6 days before the start of childcare.<\/p>\n

2. 50 % of the total booked price will be charged in the event of cancellation 5 to 1 day before the start.<\/p>\n

3. 100 % will be charged in the event of cancellation on the day of care or no-show.<\/p>\n

4. in the event of early collection, the full booking price remains due.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n

Part B - Dog training<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a7 8 General training<\/span><\/p>\n

1. the dog center offers individual training, group training and special training.<\/p>\n

2. content, duration and scope are determined by the respective booking.<\/p>\n

3. no guarantee of success is given, as training success depends largely on cooperation, consistency, dog and environment.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n

\u00a7 9 Participation requirements for training<\/span><\/p>\n

1. the dog must be in good health to take part in the training.<\/p>\n

2. the participant assures the existence of a valid dog owner's liability insurance.<\/p>\n

3. aggressive, highly incompatible or behaviorally abnormal dogs must be reported in advance.<\/p>\n

4. the dog center may exclude dogs or participants from training for safety reasons.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n

\u00a7 10 Implementation of training<\/span><\/p>\n

1. the instructions of the trainer must be followed.<\/p>\n

2 Participation is at your own risk.<\/p>\n

3. the dog owner is liable for any damage caused by him or his dog.<\/p>\n

4. training aids may only be used as instructed.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n

\u00a7 11 Cancellation of training appointments<\/span><\/p>\n

1. individual training can be canceled free of charge up to 24 hours before the appointment.<\/p>\n

2. the full price will be charged in the event of late cancellation or no-show.<\/p>\n

3. an alternative date may be offered in the event of force majeure or the trainer's absence.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n

Part C - Workshops \/ Seminars \/ Events<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a7 12 Registration<\/span><\/p>\n

1. registrations for workshops or seminars are binding.<\/p>\n

2. places will be allocated according to the date of registration or the order in which payment is received, if advance payment is required.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n

\u00a7 13 Cancellation of workshops \/ seminars<\/span><\/p>\n

1. free of charge up to 14 days before the start of the event.<\/p>\n

2. 13 to 7 days before the start: 50 % of the participation fee.<\/p>\n

3. from 6 days before the start or no-show: 100 %.<\/p>\n

4. fees may be waived if a suitable substitute participant is provided.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n

\u00a7 14 Cancellation by organizer<\/span><\/p>\n

The Dog Center may cancel events for good cause, in particular in the event of<\/p>\n

Illness of the speaker<\/p>\n

Too few participants<\/p>\n

force majeure<\/p>\n

official measures<\/p>\n

Participation fees already paid will be refunded. There are no further claims.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n

Part D - Liability<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a7 15 Liability of the dog owner<\/span><\/p>\n

1. the dog owner is fully liable for all personal injury, property damage and financial loss caused by his dog.<\/p>\n

2 This also applies during supervision, training or events.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n

\u00a7 16 Liability of the dog center<\/span><\/p>\n

1. the dog center is liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence.<\/p>\n

2. in the event of simple negligence only in the event of a breach of material contractual obligations and limited to the foreseeable damage.<\/p>\n

3. liability for damage to life, body or health remains unaffected.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n

Part E - Miscellaneous<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a7 17 Image and video recordings<\/span><\/p>\n

Photos and videos may be taken during training sessions, seminars or support. Publication will only take place with consent or to the extent permitted by law.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n

\u00a7 18 Data protection<\/span><\/p>\n

The separate data protection information of the Frankfurt Airport Dog Center applies.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n

\u00a7 19 Final provisions<\/span><\/p>\n

1. should individual provisions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.<\/p>\n

2 German law shall apply.<\/p>\n
